Technical Support

Our authorized, trained Support Representatives provide assistance by telephone, email or PC Assist on such topics as product operation, system re-installation, alternative system set-ups, and system troubleshooting. This annual support is offered at service-level tiers with a contracted number of support events. Field Engineering Support

Engineering assistance is available to the customer in such areas as system design, installation, check-out, start-up, and troubleshooting. At the customer’s request, a CMI Fleet Management Field Engineer can provide on-site supervision of a system installation and verify its correct operation.

Product Support, Maintenance, Training, & Warranty Plans

CMI Fleet Management offers a variety of Support, Maintenance, Training and Warranty programs. You will find maintenance options and service solutions that meet the needs of your business. Our support expertise covers the entire CMI product line and also extends to non-CMI electronic products and peripherals.

Service Options

The CMI Service Center provides several service options including:

  • Extended Warranty – Annual (maintenance program purchased with product)
  • Product Advanced Replacement
  • Maintenance – Annual (5-day in-house turnaround)
  • Incident Maintenance (5-day in-house turnaround)
  • Time & Material (2-, 5- or 10-day turnaround)
